Workforce operations · Multi-regional
Time, field work, approvals, and payroll-ready calculations in one operational flow.
SahaWork is MARVEX’s mobile-first workforce platform. It connects employees, supervisors, projects, time records, approvals, expenses, and payroll-ready results without forcing field teams to work from disconnected tools.

Multi-regionalA dependable operational record from the field to the office.
SahaWork is designed around the information the company enters and the events the product records. Once approved rules and inputs are present, the calculation layer produces a deterministic result from those inputs and preserves the steps needed for review.

What SahaWork brings together
Installable time tracker
The PWA can be installed on a compatible computer or phone so employees can reach the timer and core workflow like an application.
Projects and field context
Time and work activity can be associated with the relevant company, project, worker, and approved operational context.
Review and approvals
Supervisors can review submitted records, exceptions, expenses, and status before data advances to downstream calculations.
Payroll-ready calculations
Approved hours, rules, and user-entered inputs are transformed into a repeatable result with visible calculation context.
Management visibility
Role-specific panels help administrators see workforce status, pending work, operational totals, and records requiring attention.
Regional product delivery
Separate US, Türkiye, and future EU boundaries allow the product to follow the operating and data requirements of each market.
Architecture
A mobile-first platform with explicit calculation and regional boundaries.
The user interface, API, identity, project records, time events, calculation engine, notification providers, storage, and market environments are kept as separate concerns. The result is easier to test and safer to operate than one shared cross-market system.
Web, PWA, and mobile access
Responsive interfaces support office and field workflows while sharing explicit API contracts.
Calculation domain
Time, approval, and payroll-ready calculations are handled as testable business rules instead of totals hidden inside visual components.
Relational records
Company, user, project, time, approval, and calculation records use traceable relationships and market ownership.
Provider adapters
Email, verification, storage, and other external services are connected through scoped server-side integrations.
Security
Company, role, and market boundaries are enforced together.
SahaWork’s security model is designed to prevent one organization, role, environment, or market from becoming an accidental path into another.
Tenant isolation
Company records are accessed within authenticated organization context rather than from a shared unrestricted view.
Role-based access
Employee, supervisor, administrator, and operational actions are limited to the permissions needed for that role.
Market isolation
US, Türkiye, and EU code paths, deployments, databases, credentials, storage, analytics, and logs are treated as separately bound targets.
Audit-ready actions
Approvals and sensitive operational changes can retain actor, target, time, reason, and request identity.
Least-privilege providers
Verification and infrastructure credentials are scoped to the narrow operation and market that needs them.
Fail-closed deployment gates
A release stops when repository, branch, workspace, environment, market, database, domain, or credential identity cannot be verified.
